LR Energy is seeking an experienced Resident Construction Manager (RCM) for Saharanpur and multiple locations. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities for Compressed Biogas projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in energy or infrastructure is required. The role demands strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management in energy or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Experience supervising large-scale projects and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Plan and monitor site operations, including resources, scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders for project execution.
• Review drawings, contracts, and specs for quality control.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Utilize construction management software for planning and documentation.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Resident Construction Manager (RCM) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy or infrastructure sector. The role involves managing and overseeing construction activities for Compressed Biogas projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Planning and monitoring site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure quality control.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for senior management.
• Utilize construction management software for planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Stay updated on advancements in construction methodologies and best practices.
• Preparation of daily progress report/weekly progress report and submitting details with clients.
• Interaction meeting with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience in handling large-scale projects, site supervision, and contractor management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Candidate working in PMC firm/CBG sector will be given preference.
