Job summary

Radisson MBD Hotel Noida, part of Radisson Hotel Group, is seeking a Reservations Associate in Sales & Marketing. You will manage guest reservations, handle enquiries, and process changes with accuracy, while promoting room upgrades and hotel services to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations, enquiries, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Ensure correct booking details, guest profiles, room types and billing info.
• Provide information on room availability, hotel facilities, packages and services.
• Apply pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and RevPAR.
• Promote upgrades and hotel amenities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and Housekeeping for smooth arrivals.
• Maintain reservation records, reports and booking correspondence.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve promptly.
