Education Requirement :

PhD in Engineering / Science
(e.g., Chemical, Polymer, Materials, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or related disciplines)

Experience Requirement :

• Hands-on experience in experimental research, data analysis, and technical problem-solving


• Publications, patents, or thesis work in relevant domain preferred


• Strong scientific and analytical thinking


• Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis
