Job summary

SquadStack is seeking a Director/Associate Director, Product & Strategy in Noida to shape new products and business verticals. You will work with founders, identify initiatives, and drive them from concept to launch and early traction.

You will lead research, develop hypotheses and business models, and own end-to-end execution with product, engineering and design teams. A track record in consulting and startup environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in client-facing role at a top-tier management consulting firm with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with rigor and attention to detail.
• Passion for building and delivering ideas from concept to results.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure where none exists.
• Strong business judgment with ability to move senior stakeholders to a decision.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Director / Associate Director, Product & Strategy to shape SquadStack's next set of products and business verticals. Working closely with the founders, you will identify and shape new initiatives, build the case for them, and take them from concept to launch and early traction. The role combines strategy, product and business ownership, and offers a path to leading a new product and business line.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate and prioritise new product and business opportunities with the founding team
• Lead primary and secondary research, including customer discovery with enterprise decision-makers
• Develop hypotheses, business models, pricing and go-to-market plans, and drive them to decision
• Build and test early product prototypes using AI tools, working with product, engineering and design
• Represent SquadStack with senior stakeholders and secure early adopters
• Own execution end to end, from first milestones to a scalable verticals

Requirements

• 5-7 years in a client-facing role (Engagement Manager/Project Leader/Sr. Consultant) at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), with experience leading engagements
• Exceptional structured problem solving, with rigour and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for building, and the energy to take ideas from concept to results
• Comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of creating structure where there is none
• Strong business judgement, and the ability to bring senior stakeholders to a decision
• Executive presence and strong communication skills
• Curiosity about AI, and a willingness to work hands-on with AI tools
• Experience in startups, tech or product management is a plus
