Qualifications

Role Overview :

• Responsible for analytical method development, validation, routine API analysis and method transfer using HPLC, GC and wet-lab techniques. Provides analytical support to PRD and QC teams through reaction monitoring, troubleshooting, investigations and cGMP-compliant laboratory practices.

Job Profile :

• Method development and routine analysis (API) on HPLC, GC and wet lab etc.
• Daily calibration of analytical instruments.
• Analytical Method validation and analytical method transfer to QC.
• Maintain detailed analytical work and its records and prepare technical reports.
• Support to PRD team for routine analysis like Reaction monitoring, Intermediate analysis and finished product analysis etc.
• Working knowledge of cGMP compliance as related to analytical laboratory
• Actively participates in investigations, problem solving and trouble shooting
• Preparation of Validation protocol and performance of method validation.
• Analytical method transfers to the QC as well as demonstration the critical analytical technique to the concerned departments.

Desired Profile :

• M.Sc. / M.Pharm with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Analytical Development / R&D / API analytical laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in HPLC, GC and wet-lab analysis.
• Practical experience in analytical method development, validation and method transfer.
• Good understanding of API analysis, reaction monitoring and intermediate/finished product analysis.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, GLP, SOPs, data integrity and laboratory documentation.
• Good troubleshooting, investigation, analytical and technical report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively with PRD, QC and cross-functional teams.
