Job summary

Neuraleap Group in Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced nutraceutical R&D professional to drive end-to-end product development from concept to commercial launch. This role emphasizes flavor development, sensory optimization, and robust formulation science to deliver market-ready products.

You will collaborate with sourcing, QA, and manufacturing teams to scale formulations from lab to production while staying ahead of ingredient trends and regulatory requirements in the sports nutrition field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the core nutraceutical/ functional foods/ snacks industry.
• Hands-on background in product development and flavoring systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing bars or other unique delivery formats.
• Strong grasp of formulation science, stability testing, and scale-up from lab to production.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on R&D environment.
