Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coatings or industrial paints.
• Experience with water-based and solvent-based paints preferred.
• Ability to work independently on multiple chemistries (acrylic, epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paint batches (water and solvent based).
• Perform testing using standard procedures.
• Visit plants for batch standardisation and calibration checks.
• Visit customer lines to troubleshoot coating application/performance.

Role – Research Executive N- JV II

Key Skills –

• Responsible for planning and executing paint batches(water based as well solvent based) and perform testing using various standard test procedures.
• Work independently on different chemistries like acrylic, epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane etc.
• Visiting plant for batch standardisation.
• Visiting customer line and troubleshooting the coating application/performance related concerns.
• Perform and ensure calibration of test equipment in the laboratory and maintain quality records.

Experience – 2+ year (preference to Industrial coating / OEM / General Industrial coating experience)
