Job summary

Stealth AI Infrastructure Startup is seeking Research Engineers to advance liquid cooling for AI data centers. You will drive concept-to-prototype work in thermal engineering, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer for high-density GPU/HPC environments.

Responsibilities include CDU/Cold Plate development, CFD analysis, and validation of cooling loops, pumps, and heat exchangers, collaborating across product and manufacturing teams to bring solutions to market.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, Energy, or related disciplines.
• 1–8 years of experience in thermal management, liquid cooling, heat exchangers, HVAC, electronics cooling, or related domains.
• Strong fundamentals in: Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Cooling System Design.
• Hands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL.
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal, hydraulic, and CFD analysis for cooling systems.
• Design, prototype, and validate liquid cooling products.

• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and engineering teams to commercialize solutions.

We are building next-generation liquid cooling solutions for AI Data Centers for high-density GPU and HPC environments.

We are looking for Research Engineers with strong expertise in thermal engineering, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and product development to drive innovation from concept to prototype.
