Job summary

Ecosense Sustainable Solutions in Delhi NCR is seeking a Research Engineer (Electrical Engineering) to lead hardware-focused development of power electronics and systems. You will prototype, test, validate, and troubleshoot inverter designs, motor drives, and battery systems while implementing intelligent control strategies.

The role emphasizes in-house product development, AI-assisted monitoring, and data analytics to optimize performance and reliability in advanced electrical products.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, AC/DC machines, power electronics and systems.
• Experience with hardware prototyping, testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in inverter design, motor drives, converters and control strategies.
• Familiarity with communication protocols RS485, UART, CAN.
• Working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink with hardware-software integration.
• Experience with Python-based AI frameworks and data analytics optional.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital and analog power electronics, power systems, and control hardware.
• Develop and test products in-house and contribute to continuous product improvement; implement AI-assisted monitoring and intelligent control.
• Develop data acquisition and analytics pipelines for performance optimization.
• Provide client support and incorporate feedback for product enhancement.

JOB TITLE: RESEARCH ENGINEER ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
LOCATION: DELHI NCR

About the Role:
We are looking for a competent Electrical Engineer skilled in Power Electronics /Power Systems and Electrical Machines with demonstrated hardware skills who will be responsible for handling in
house Design and Development of products .

The candidate should possess demonstrable experience in hardware prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical and power electronic systems. Proficiency in inverter design, motor drives, converters, battery systems, and control strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital and analog power electronics, power systems, and control hardware
• Develop and test products in-house and contribute to continuous product improvement Implement AI-assisted monitoring, predictive maintenance, and intelligent control strategies in products
• Develop data acquisition and analytics pipelines for performance optimization
• Client support and work on client feedback for product enhancement

Must Have:

• M.Tech Electrical (Power Electronics / Power Systems)
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, AC/DC Machines, Power Electronics, and Power Systems Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS485, UART, CAN
• Working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent simulation tools Practical experience in hardware-software integration

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of NI LabVIEW Knowledge of embedded systems and embedded programming
• Experience with Python-based AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience in AI-based data analytics, signal processing, or adaptive control systems
