Job summary

Equirus is a leading mid-market investment bank based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, seeking a Research Coordinator to support the Head of Research. The role involves tracking activities of Research Analysts/Associates and helping prepare strategic notes, quarterly previews, and reviews.

You will also act as a bridge between Research and Sales to resolve client queries promptly and maintain essential trackers.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA from a reputed college.
• Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in researching skills and various methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask, solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Aspiring to pursue a career in Equity Research with independent and collaborative drive.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Research and assist HOR in tracking activities of Research Analysts/Associates.
• Assist in preparation of Strategic Notes, Quarterly Preview and Quarterly Review notes.
• Serve as a bridge between Research and Sales Team for client queries and timely resolution.
• Maintain various trackers related to research reports, planning and other activities.
• Manage distribution lists and other databases and Excel lists.

This role reports to the Head of Research

• The candidate will work under Head of Research and help the HOR in tracking various activities of Research Analysts / Associates.
• Help HOR in preparation of Strategic Notes,Quarterly Preview, Quarterly Review notes, etc.
• Should work as bridge between Research and Sales Team for all client queries to make sure queries are resolved in time.
• Keeping various tracker related to research reports, research planning and other things.
• Maintain distribution lists and other databases and excel lists.
