Job summary

Equirus is seeking a candidate for frontend Investment Banking responsibilities in Mumbai. You will support leadership in industry research, market mapping and mandate pitches, and participate in end-to-end deal cycles for sell-side and buy-side mandates.

The role requires strong financial statement understanding, excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, and a fast learner with commercial sense. CA/CFA Level 3 or equivalent IB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistingthe leadership team in conducting & taking lead in industry research,market mapping and preparing mandate pitches.

• Stronginterest and awareness of the markets, investment activities, key players intheir respective sector.
  
• Strongunderstanding of financial statements
  
• Independentlyprepare deal collaterals like IM, model, teasers, pitchbooks etc.
  
• Leaddeal cycle and act as primary touch point – (data-rooms, due-diligence,transaction documents, meetings etc.)
  
• Extremelyhigh proficiency in PowerPoint and excel.

Requirements

• CA or CFA Level 3
• OR
• Experienced candidates with a minimumof 06 months to 01 year of frontend Investment Banking (IB) experience. (Nobackend or middle office experience)
