Leadership & Operations Full Time Onsite / Mohali

The Role:

Your role will revolve around research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.

You will:

• Research emerging trends in AI, SaaS, automation, CRM, workflows, and digital products
• Study competitors, industries, business models, and product gaps
• Explore how businesses operate and where technology can improve workflows
• Create basic prototypes, mockups, workflows, or proof-of-concepts
• Work closely with developers, designers, and founders
• Test new AI tools, APIs, automations, and platforms
• Convert ideas into structured concepts and internal documentation
• Help the team validate product ideas before full-scale development
