• Prepare clear documents, summaries, trackers, comparison sheets, and action points.
• Coordinate with internal team members to collect updates, understand processes, and close follow-ups.
• Support the founders with day-to-day research, documentation, execution, and coordination across different departments.
• Be comfortable with flexible timings. Since the founders may work across different time zones, there may be late evening or night discussions when required.

About The Role

We are looking for smart, research-oriented freshers to join Cybernext, a digital marketing and web services agency.

This is a full-time role, not a short-term internship. The selected candidate will work directly with the founders and support different areas of the agency, including marketing research, social media, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, CRO, website references, HR tools, internal processes, business research, and coordination.

The founder will usually give the direction or problem statement. The candidate will be expected to research properly, organize the information, and come back with clear pointers, useful insights, and actionable suggestions.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys research, writing, coordination, and learning how a digital agency works from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

Research topics related to digital marketing, websites, social media, SEO, paid ads, CRO, tools, and agency processes.

Study competitor websites, service pages, packages, positioning, campaigns, and workflows.

Work on tasks related to Instagram analytics, LinkedIn analytics, content ideas, marketing strategy, HR tools, and internal systems.

Prepare clear documents, summaries, trackers, comparison sheets, and action points.

Candidates with internship exposure or 0–6 months of experience in social media, content, PR, marketing, research, coordination, HR, or digital agency work will be preferred.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong research ability and curiosity to understand new topics.

Ability to convert research into clear notes, summaries, and actionable points.

Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, job portals, and online research.

Should be based in or around Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, or nearby areas.

Should be available for a full-time role from office in Mohali.

Good to Have

Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, SEO, paid ads, websites, or agency work.

Prior internship, college project, content work, social media work, PR work, or research-based experience.

Ability to create simple reports, trackers, process notes, and presentation-style documents.
