Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate from commerce/economics/business administration streams.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Hyderabad location only.
• Experience covering European equities or Small/Mid-Cap stocks is desirable.
• Interest in applying AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Switzerland-based analysts to deliver equity research on Switzerland Small-Cap companies.
• Provide end-to-end research support: sector coverage, company analysis, investment ideas.
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and run scenario analyses.
• Prepare initiation notes, earnings updates, thematic reports, and ad-hoc research publications.
• Support analysts in responding to internal and external client requests timely and professionally.
• Maintain research databases, sector trackers, and financial dashboards.
• Develop marketing and client presentation materials aligned with research outputs.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, timelines and compliance.

We are hiring equity research associate with experience of 1-2 years for Switzerland Small a cap research role. The candidate should have excellent academic record, strong communication skills and an analytical mind.

Role responsibility:

• work closely with Switzerland-based sell-side analysts to deliver high-quality equity research on Switzerland Small-Cap companies
• provide end-to-end research support, including sector coverage, company analysis, and generation of investment ideas
• build and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuations, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
• prepare and contribute to initiation notes, earnings updates, thematic reports, and ad-hoc research publications
• support analysts in responding to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional manner
• assist in the creation and maintenance of research databases, sector trackers, and financial dashboards
• develop marketing and client presentation materials in line with research outputs
• ensure adherence to internal quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements

You will be part of the Global Research team in Hyderabad.

Your Skills And Experience

Key skills needed:

• strong understanding of finance, accounting, and capital markets
• proven experience in financial modelling and equity valuation techniques
• excellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate investment views clearly
• strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across geographies
• working knowledge on Python and AI tools (Co-pilot)
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• exposure to market data platforms such as Bloomberg or equivalent is preferred
