Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will assist the faculty in ongoing research, including reviewing literature, acquiring and analyzing large high‐frequency data sets, and interpreting and presenting analyses. The position is suitable for a candidate interested in pursuing a PhD in leading business schools worldwide.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Masters or higher in data mining or machine learning; or bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics with at least 2 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, document classification, topic modeling, and information extraction.
• Experience working with big data systems, concepts, and tools.
• Strong team player with cross‑functional skills.
• Experience with noisy and/or unstructured textual data.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, R and SQL.
• Knowledge of various text mining algorithms and their use cases, as well as text pre‑processing and normalization techniques. Ability to design, implement, and evaluate NLP and LLM‑based workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
