Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi seeks a Research Associate to support political campaigns across 18 countries. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ.

You will conduct live engagements research, produce landscape studies, and publish reports, presentations, and policy documents to inform strategy and narratives for funding directors.

The work spans publications for political communication, reports, presentations, policy documents, and the landscape studies that drive campaign strategy and narrative. What you will actually do:

• Plan and conduct research for live engagements — managing data, conducting interviews, and running the collection designs senior researchers set
• Create publications for political communication: reports, presentations, and policy documents that summarise campaigns for the people who fund and direct them
• Conceptualise and conduct landscape studies, analysing data from multiple sources to drive overall campaign strategy and narrative
