What you will actually do:

• Direct the policy work for campaign engagements — the positions, promises and program the candidate carries into the field
• Translate research into policy: what the data cell knows about the constituency becomes what the campaign actually commits to
• Run the field-to-policy loop — what field teams and surveys hear on the ground reshapes what the campaign says within days, not months
