Job description

Political Field Surveyor jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — we staff field-research capacity ahead of the next active engagement, not after it lands. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ with extensive on-ground time across active constituencies, sitting inside the field-research arm that powers our forecasting record (89% historical accuracy across 18 countries). Below is the complete job description: the responsibilities you will own from day one, the requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process.

What you will actually do:

• Draw the sample that answers the question: frame construction, stratification, and quota logic designed with the analyst before a single interview is commissioned
• Write and pilot the instrument — question order, wording neutrality, local-language versions — and cut anything that leads the respondent
• Recruit, brief, and accompany the interviewer network in the field: route plans, contact scripts, and the conduct rules that keep respondents willing and data clean

Skills that matter:

Sample-frame construction, Instrument design and neutral wording, piloted before fielding, Local-language instrument adaptation without meaning drift, Interviewer recruitment, briefing, and accompaniment, Completion-quality auditing, Refusal and non-response management with honest logging.

Tools you will use:

Survey/CAWI/CAPI platforms, Custom field-research apps, WhatsApp/Signal-grade secure comms for sensitive coordination, Excel + structured fieldwork templates for coverage and quality-audit.

Location: New Delhi (HQ), E4, Vasant Vihar. Type: full-time permanent. Availability: immediate, rolling intake. Compensation: discussed at screening.
