Job summary

Vedak: Expert Network is seeking an Associate on the Client Services team to source and connect industry experts for leading consulting firms and private equity funds. You will vet profiles, understand client needs, and coordinate communications to enable rapid, high-quality due diligence support.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving, with general shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Expert Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard domain experts via primary research and databases.
• Client Engagement: Map relevant expert profiles to client research needs for fast delivery.
• Negotiation & Scheduling: Pitch opportunities, negotiate rates, and schedule calls under guidelines.
• Account Growth: Maintain high delivery quality to grow client value and project scope.

About the Role

As an Associate on the Client Services team, you will act as a core research and delivery partner for top-tier consulting firms and private equity funds. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and connecting industry experts with business leaders to support strategic due diligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard high-profile and regional domain experts using primary research, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Client Engagement: Understand client research needs (Private Equity & Strategy Consulting) and map out relevant expert profiles for fast-turnaround consultations.
• Negotiation & Scheduling: Pitch consulting opportunities to experts, negotiate rates, and schedule calls on tight timelines within industry-standard compliance guidelines.
• Account Growth: Drive long-term client value and account performance by maintaining high delivery quality and a continuous understanding of ongoing research projects.
