• Conduct research, formulation development, and laboratory experiments for new products.
• Develop and improve chemical formulations based on product requirements.
• Perform laboratory trials, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Study and evaluate new raw materials, chemicals, additives, and formulations.
• Conduct product performance testing and prepare test reports.
• Troubleshoot formulation and product-quality issues.
• Support new product development (NPD) and existing product improvement.
• Conduct stability, compatibility, viscosity, pH, density, and other relevant tests.
• Maintain proper laboratory records, experiment reports, and formulation data.
