A leading research and consulting firm in Lucknow is seeking Research Analysts for its Proposal Development and Project Execution Units. Candidates should have a strong command of English and excellent communication skills, along with relevant experience in a research role. The position offers competitive remuneration starting from Rs. 9.0 lakh per annum, depending on experience, and is a full-time role with an initial probation period of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed queries for pre-bid meetings.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings for query resolution.
• Coordinate closely with the Proposal Development Team.
• Prepare high-quality Technical Proposals under tight deadlines.
• Make engaging Proposal Presentations to the Client.
• Prepare research framework and study tools.
• Prepare training material and train field staff.
• Supervise data quality and resolve field technical queries.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using tools.
• Prepare high-quality research reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Go through the RFP/EoI and prepare detailed queries to be raised in the pre-bid meetings
• Participate in the pre-bid meetings and to get proper redressal of the queries
• Work in close coordination with the Proposal Development Team
• Prepare high quality and suitably responsive Technical Proposals in short timelines.
• Make impactful and engaging Proposal Presentations to the Client
• Prepare research framework and study tools as per the research objectives
• Prepare training material for field staff and offer training for data collection
• Supervise data quality and offer resolution to technical queries from the field
• Analyse qualitative and qualitative data using suitable tools like SPSS/STATA/R/ PowerBi/ N-Vivo/ Atlas Ti
• Prepare high quality research reports as per client’s requirements

Requirements

• Excellent command over written & verbal English (both grammar and language)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Research Methodology for carrying out monitoring and impact evaluation researches in social sector domains.

Eligibility

• Relevant experience in a research or consulting firm.
• Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Minimum 2 years

Renumeration

• This is a full-time regular position with an initial probation period of 1 year. Starting remuneration
• Research Analyst (Proposal Development Unit): Rs. 10.8 lakh per annum
• Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Rs. 9.0 lakh per annum
