Job Description

We are seeking a Data Research Analyst to conduct internet-based research, collect and validate information, maintain high-quality datasets, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Research & Data Collection

Conduct primary research through internet-based sources, public databases, government websites, company websites, and other credible sources.

Gather, validate, and update information from multiple data sources.

Evaluate source credibility and ensure data accuracy.

Document research findings and maintain supporting references.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze and interpret datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.

Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and missing information.

Prepare reports, summaries, and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.

Support ad-hoc research and business analysis requests.

Data Quality & Data Management

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.

Perform data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, and validation activities.

Maintain structured databases and repositories.

Follow established data governance and quality control procedures.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve research processes and data management workflows.

Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support automation initiatives and adoption of AI-powered research tools.

Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and data quality.
