Job summary

Lemora Global is seeking proactive Research Analysts to support our US Staffing and Business Development teams. The role focuses on market research, identifying prospective clients and key decision-makers, lead generation, and maintaining accurate prospect data.

Freshers with excellent communication and research skills may also apply. Successful candidates will work with BD Managers and Recruiters to meet daily and monthly targets, using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online research techniques.
• Understanding of US Staffing / US Recruitment is preferred.
• Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and hiring companies across the US market.
• Identify Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
• Use LinkedIn, company websites, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google, and other research platforms.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and contact databases.
• Validate emails, phone numbers, company information, and decision-maker details.
• Update leads and activities regularly in CRM/ATS.
• Research industry trends, hiring activity, and potential staffing opportunities.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers and Recruiters.
• Meet daily and monthly research and lead-generation targets.
