The ideal candidate should have basic CRM familiarity (Salesforce SFDC) and strong MS Office/Excel skills, complemented by analytical and problem-solving abilities and good communication.

• Assist in managing and maintaining the data for the client in the desired system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data entry, data cleanup, and data migration tasks.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to understand data requirements and share the same in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Provide training and support to team members on client system(s) and Excel best practices.
