Job summary

Swadesh Milk is hiring for a Quality Control role to oversee food safety and QA across its dairy products. The candidate will manage QC labs, supervise testing of milk, dahi, paneer, ghee, and other items, and drive compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP and GHP. 5–8 years in large-scale dairy or FMCG is preferred.

The position requires a strong background in dairy technology, with certifications in food safety as an added advantage and collaborative leadership with production.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or Chemistry.
• Relevant certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, ISO or FSSC are advantageous.
• Experience: 5–8 years in large-scale dairy plants or FMCG food manufacturing.

Responsibilities
