Requirements

• Strong expertise in financial accounting, consolidation, compliance, and finance transformation
• 15+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in financial accounting, consolidation, compliance, and R2R processes
• In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, particularly in financial modules
• Strong understanding of Ind AS and IGAAP standards and their application in consolidated reporting
• Demonstrated success in driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment with a focus on continuous improvement
