Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad seeks a Reporting & Analytics Specialist - Associate to develop and maintain dashboards, automate reports, and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

You'll work with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, ETL, and data transformation to deliver executive-level dashboards and analytics for our BPO operations.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of total and relevant experience
• Role requires Power BI/Tableau, SQL, ETL
• Experience in building dashboards and reporting pipelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive dashboards
• Build automated reporting solutions and reporting packs
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
• Create self-service solutions using Power BI or Tableau
• Design and maintain data models and reporting pipelines
• Develop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Generate analytical insights and executive-level narratives
• Perform data quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from stakeholders
• Strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Advanced SQL development skills
• Experience with ETL and data transformation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards and reports
