Job summary

Aziro in Bengaluru (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Power BI/BI Analyst to develop, enhance and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions. You will work with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake across large datasets.

The role emphasizes data modeling, KPI development, and automated reporting to enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics or reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal data sources.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations that provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing manual reporting processes.
• Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.
• Conduct root-cause and trend analysis and help stakeholders understand key drivers behind business performance.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from multiple business teams.
• Create documentation for dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development,
• enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions. The role will work closely with
• business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, bring together data from multiple
• sources, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling,
• and working with large datasets. Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Sigma would be an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities:

• Required Skills & Experience:
• 710 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related
• areas.
• Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best
• practices.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into
• reporting solutions. Experience with data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and explain analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements and priorities.
• Preferred / Added Advantage:
• Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
• SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Sigma Computing or similar cloud analytics/BI tools.
• Power Query, DAX, and advanced Power BI data modeling.
• Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, or business performance reporting.
• Experience automating recurring reports and improving reporting processes.
