Workday, Inc. in Pune, India is seeking a People & Purpose Reporting Services Analyst to deliver HR data reports and ad‑hoc insights across the organization.
You will own requests end‑to‑end, partnering with Recruiting, Talent Experience, Compliance and Total Rewards to ensure accurate, governed data and clear storytelling for leadership.
The People & Purpose Reporting Services Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team, providing Workday Reporting support for all employees. Join our People & Purpose Reporting Services team, part of People Operations, where we help every employee and manager across Workday get the data they need. We work side‑by‑side with our People & Purpose Centers of Excellence — Recruiting, Talent Experience, Total Rewards, HR Partners, Learning, Compliance, Belonging and Diversity, and Global Mobility — to close gaps in data and build reports that help our leaders make informed, real‑time decisions. We also build self‑service tools so our partners can find answers faster on their own. If you enjoy connecting the dots across many parts of HR and turning complex data into something people can act on, you’ll feel right at home here.
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be the person people turn to when they need HR data they can rely on, whether that’s building a new report, updating an existing one, or digging into a one‑off question. You will own high‑impact, ad‑hoc reporting requests from start to finish, helping requesters shape raw data into a clear story they can bring to their own audience. This role touches nearly every area of HR, including recruiting, compensation, diversity, learning, talent, audits, compliance, and transfers, so you will build broad knowledge of how HR data connects across the business. You will also look for ways to make reporting simpler and more enjoyable for everyone who relies on it.
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in‑office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you’ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
