Job summary

Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing BPO team. You will make outbound and handle inbound calls, record interactions in Zoho CRM, and use Zoho Voice for calling activities, all while delivering excellent customer service.

We require fluency in the local language of the state and offer paid training, performance incentives, and the opportunity to work with leading national clients from a remote setup in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous Telecalling/Customer Support/BPO/Sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls, managing customer interactions through Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.

We are hiring candidates who are fluent in the local language of their respective state.
