Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Guide customers through our services, policies, and procedures.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to management.
• Follow company guidelines to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
