Job summary

CITTABASE Solutions Incorporated in Chennai is seeking an MDM Specialist to support configuration and implementation of the master data management platform and related components.

You will work with ETL tools and REST APIs to ensure seamless data integration across source and target systems, while monitoring workflows, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining platform performance. This role emphasizes production support, incident management, and data quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years experience supporting MDM platform implementations, preferably Informatica MDM or Reltio
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Familiarity with MDM concepts, workflows and data ingestion techniques.
• Experience working with ETL tools and APIs for data integration.
• Strong experience in SQL and ability to debug issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with experience in production support and incident management.
• Exposure to REST APIs, and data quality tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and implementation of the MDM platform and associated components.

• Collaborate with MDM technical specialists and developers to ensure successful deployment and integration of MDM solutions.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM workflows, data synchronisation and platform performance.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational checks for MDM application components.
• Troubleshoot MDM failures across ingestion, match/merge, cleanse, survivorship, and publishing layers.
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform teams, and business stakeholders to triage issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring MDM issues and recommend platform improvements.
• Monitor API traffic, authentication flows, and integration health between MDM and downstream systems.
• Support release activities, regression checks, and validation for MDM deployments.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and best practices for MDM operational monitoring.
