Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub Developer to design, configure, and optimize MDM solutions. You will lead integration development, data quality initiatives, and platform improvements, using Reltio MDM and RIH to enable reliable data flows across enterprise systems.

The role requires hands‑on MDM configuration, strong SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake for data validation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of experience in MDM and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data.
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows.
• Configure RBAC and data security policies.
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake.
• Design and develop batch and real‑time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues.
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations.
• Provide production support and defect resolution.
• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization.
• Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices.

Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Developer

The Senior MDM / RIH Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands‑on technical leadership in MDM configuration, integration development, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows
• Configure role‑based access controls and data security policies
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake

Integration Development

• Design and develop batch and real‑time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
• Provide production support and defect resolution
• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
• Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices
