Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub Developer to design, configure, and extend enterprise MDM solutions using Reltio, with hands-on leadership in data modeling, integrations, and data quality.

You will build batch and real-time integrations, implement survivorship, matching, and workflows, and contribute to automation and deployment across environments to ensure reliable master data management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5–9+ years of experience in MDM and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Developer

The Senior MDM / RIH Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands‑on technical leadership in MDM configuration, integration development, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows
• Configure role-based access controls and data security policies
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake

Integration Development

• Design and develop batch and real‑time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
• Provide production support and defect resolution
• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
• Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices
