Role Description: The Release Train Engineer - Clinical Design and Analysis is a leader and coach who facilitates ART events, processes, and supports teams in delivering value. The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment with the program vision, managing risks and dependencies, and driving relentless improvement. They also often participate in the Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Master in the new mindset and processes. They help adapt SAFe to the organization’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 12 - 16 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR Functional Skills:
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
