Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Release Manager in India (Delhi region) to lead release planning and cross-functional coordination across PODs. You will support data availability, architecture approvals, and risk reviews while ensuring on-time delivery of release milestones.

The role requires strong CI/CD, DevOps, and ITIL familiarity, with experience in release orchestration and MLOps tools like MLflow and Airflow. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with release orchestration and automation tools.
• Experience with MLOps/DataOps tools (MLflow, Airflow).
• Proficiency in version control and configuration management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
• Risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of Data and AI projects and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage release plans across PODs with deliverables and timelines.
• Support client processes for data availability, architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate dependency planning and scoping across PODs.
• Support resolution of dependencies and conflicts across teams.
• Assist with environment setup, data availability, and approvals.
• Participate in risk management and mitigation activities.
• Contribute to Go/No-Go decisions and stakeholder communications.

JD and experience expectation from a Release Manager

• Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage release plan across PODs including Release deliverables/Features, Release timelines
• Support on Clients processes for data availability, Architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews etc.
• Coordination across PODs for dependency planning and scoping
• Support dependency and conflicts across teams/PODs
• Support prioritisation and approvals for environment set up, data availability etc
• Risk Management & Mitigation
• Participation in Go/No Go Decisions and communication

Experience needed:
