Role Description

The Relationship Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at Khandelwal Jewellers in Nagpur. This role involves greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewelry options, and supporting them through the purchase decision. The officer maintains ongoing relationships with regular customers, follows up on inquiries, and supports sales campaigns and promotional activities. Daily tasks include handling basic billing and documentation, coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, and maintaining product knowledge and awareness of current offers. The role also requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies, and contributing to a welcoming, ethical customer experience.
