Job summary

Smart4talent is seeking a results-driven Sales/BD professional for our New Delhi footprint. The role focuses on supporting sales activities, acquiring customers, and generating leads through field work and referrals.

You will assist customers with documentation and guide them through application processes while coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has strong sales and business development experience in BFSI

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree mandatory).
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong sales and business development experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
