SkillLabs in India is seeking a field sales professional to drive branch level targets and promote our brand across assigned branches. You will interact with branch teams and customers to explain products, support sales, and drive engagement through local contests and initiatives.

You will maintain strong relationships with the Branch Manager, coordinate with internal teams and channel partners, and help branches adopt new processes and technology to ensure targets are met and insurance goals

Responsabilidades

• Exceed branch level targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, product mix) by engaging branch teams and customers.
• Maintain a good relationship with Branch Manager; interact regularly to assess business status.
• Take help from managers to push and motivate productivity.
• Manage the relationship between internal team and channel partner to foster sales and responsiveness.
• Aid branches to adopt new processes and technology.
• Ensure sales targets are met on every parameter.
• Assist Branch team to meet insurance targets by providing sales support, training, updates.
• Align partner to ensure both teams work toward the same goal.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Exceeding branch level targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, product mix etc) Interact with the branch teams and customers to explain the products and promote the brand Sales and support to all branches assigned complete documentation Drive local contests and engagements to engage teams Keep track of all contests and initiatives launched
• Maintain good relationship with Branch manager - interact with him regularly to assess business status.
• Take help from them to push & motivate them to maintain productivity.
• Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner.
• Aid the branches to adopt new processes and technology.
• Ensure sales targets assigned are met on every parameter.
• Assist Branch team to ensure their insurance targets are met by providing sales support, correct training, product updates, sales information.
• Align partner to ensure both teams are working towards the same goal
