Job summary

SkillLabs in Palwal, Haryana, invites an energetic Sales Executive to engage with branch teams and customers, explain our products and promote the brand. You will drive local contests, track engagements, and maintain productive relationships with branch managers to assess business status and motivate teams.

You will manage the relationship between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales, support branches with training and product updates, help achieve targets, and align partners

Responsibilities

• Interact with the branch teams and customers to explain the products and promote the brand
• Sales and support to all branches assigned complete documentation
• Drive local contests and engagements to engage teams
• Keep track of all contests and initiatives launched
• Maintain good relationship with Branch manager; interact regularly to assess business status
• Take help from them to push and motivate them to maintain productivity
• Manage relationship between internal team and channel partner to foster sales and responsiveness
• Aid the branches to adopt new processes and technology
• Ensure sales targets assigned are met on every parameter
• Assist Branch team to ensure their insurance targets are met by providing sales support, correct training, product updates, sales information
• Align partner to ensure both teams are working towards the same goal

• Assist Branch team to ensure their insurance targets are met by providing sales support, correct training, product updates, sales information.
