Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and business unit goals through relationship deepening and new business acquisition activities.
• Acquire and manage Resident and NRI clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists to tailor banking solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Ambassadors to ensure superior service.
• Cross-sell Trade & Fx, Wealth, Insurance products to clients.
• Portfolio allocations, reviews and financial check-ups for each client as defined frequency.
• Ensure 360 client engagement – “Total Client Ownership.”
• Ensure adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
