Role Description

The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new home loan customers in targeted semi-urban and urban markets, with a focus on low and medium income segments. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, explaining home finance products, assessing eligibility, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. Daily activities include conducting field visits, liaising with local connectors and partners, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursals. The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager also monitors the loan portfolio, supports collections when required, and provides high-quality service to promote customer retention and referrals.

• Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead generation, field outreach, and achieving defined targets.

• Graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
