Job summary

SBI Mutual Fund (SBIMF) is seeking a leadership role in marketing and distribution to tap business from National Distributors, Private Banking, and IFAs. The role focuses on increasing market share in Retail and planning the full product distribution through SBIFM to key channels.

You will oversee client reporting, sales planning, lead follow-up, and building a strong, vibrant sales team. Certification and training duties are included to support investor education and AMC profitability.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of the marketing and distribution plan to tap business from National Distributors, Private Banking, and IFAs for the AMC based on overall strategy
• Significantly increase the market share of the AMC in the Retail channel
• Plan distribution of SBIFM products to IFA, Private Banks, and ND
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of regular client reporting
• Contribute to the implementation of the short- and long-term sales plan for the branch
• Regular follow-up with potential leads across products for effective conversion
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives in geographies
• Help communicate a strong and vibrant brand
• Build and maintain an effective sales team
• MFD Certification and conduct trainings
• Investor Awareness Programs
• Focus on overall profitability and contribution of the AMC
