Job summary

SBI Mutual Fund (SBIMF) is seeking a Marketing & Distribution Lead in Maharashtra to drive IFA channel business. You will formulate and implement plans to grow SBIMF's market share through IFAs, coordinate product distribution, and oversee client reporting while training and guiding the sales team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with NISM certification and 2–5 years of experience in mutual funds or financial distribution, focused on growth across geographies.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or professional qualifications.
• NISM certification desirable.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in mutual fund distribution/sales.

Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing and distribution plans to tap business from IFAs.
• Increase SBIMF's market share in the IFA channel.
• Plan distribution of SBIMF investment products to IFAs.

Role & responsibilities

• Formulation of the marketing and the distribution plan to tap business from the respective channel (i.e. Individual Financial Advisors) for the AMC based on overall strategy
• Significantly Increase the market share of AMC in the IFA Channel.
• Planning distribution of the full range of investment products and capabilities developed by SBIFM to IFAs
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of regular client reporting
• Implement the Short / long term sales plan
• Regular follow-up with all potential leads across products for effective conversion
• Develop, implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives in the geographies
• Help in communicating a strong and vibrant brand
• Conduct trainings
• Investor Awareness Programs
• Overall contribution/profitability of the AMC
