Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK is hiring a Sr. RM/Relationship Manager for Renewable Energy to source projects, manage client relationships and ensure portfolio health. The role requires 2+ years in working capital, project financing or renewable energy, with strong credit and financial analysis skills.

You will engage govt depts, EPCs and manufacturers to explore business opportunities in multiple locations. The incumbent will monitor disbursements, maintain service standards, and drive CASA acquisition

• Ability to develop relationships with govt depts, EPCs and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Financial

• To source maximum renewable energy projects to achieve his disbursement targets.
• To ensure to maintain highest level of service to the clients and support systems.
• To source CASA acquisition of customers
• To monitor the portfolio closely and to ensure all type of compliances, maximize yield, delinquency, and fee income target is duly met

Non-Financial Responsibilities

• Should meet all the Govt dept, DISCOM, EPC in his catchment and establish relationship with them
• To identify and chase the opportunities within the territory to convert deal.
• Timely execution of ESCROW account/LC collection.
• To monitor the customer origination and delinquency closely

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

• Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure timely DCCO achievement, power generation as per project, establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
