Job summary

Bank Zone Staffing Solutions is looking for a collections associate in Tamil Nadu to manage mutual fund collections, achieve monthly targets, and build strong customer relationships.

You will follow up on payments, renewals, and overdue collections, understand customer needs, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, requiring 1–3 years of relevant experience and graduation in any discipline.

Knowledge of banking processes and negotiation skills will be a plus.
