Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to manage distribution across cross channels and open market channels. You will drive growth by adding DSAs/branches, lead the Direct Sales team, and focus on productivity while building builder relations and primary market opportunities.

You will meet with HNI clients to explain loan against property products, oversee project approvals, and ensure cross-selling across insurance, CASA, credit cards, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA required.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Sales and service orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and distribution through cross channel and open market channels.
• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches.
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity.
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas.
• Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property/HF.
• Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets.
• Responsible for Project approvals of Builders.
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
• Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs.
• Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations.
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
• Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
