Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Pune district seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive distribution across cross-channel and open market channels. You will expand the DSA and branch network, lead the Direct Sales team, and focus on productivity and cross-sell opportunities including insurance, CASA, and cards.

You will engage HNI clients, build builder relations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing while delivering exceptional customer service and strong NPS results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About The Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job role:

• Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas
• Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property/HF
• Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets
• Responsible for Project approvals of Builders
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
• Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
• Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
• Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
