Docdort seeks a Relationship Manager (CRM) in Ahmedabad to manage after-sales journeys, resolve queries, and ensure seamless service across Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Accounts.

You will maintain accurate CRM data, monitor collections, coordinate with internal teams, and provide regular updates on project progress, documentation, possession, and handover to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2–8 years CRM/post-sales experience in real estate or related field.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
