Job summary

Wego Consultants in India is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to drive cross-sell of life/health/GI products through bank relationships. You will manage client relationships, identify financial needs, and ensure timely policy issuance.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in insurance/BFSI, graduation, and a proven, stable employment track record. Incentives are offered along with a 3.5 LPA CTC plus conveyance.

Qualifications

• Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel.
• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.
• Graduation is must.
• Good track record and employment stability is must.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation from the assigned bank and cross-sell financial products.
• Develop customer business and manage relationships.
• Make appointments and assess life-related investment and insurance needs.
• Facilitate policy issuance and complete documentation.
• Support bank sales team and coach colleagues on products and selling skills.
• Explore new markets aligned with the company’s sales strategy.

• Leads will be generated from the assigned bank
• Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.
• Customer business development .

• Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation
• Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred
• Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.
• Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

• Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.
• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.
• Graduation is must.
• Good track record and employment stability is must.
